ASEAN Foreign Ministers Likely To Discuss South China Sea Issues

PUTRAJAYA, July 22 (Bernama) -- Developments over the South China Sea are expected to be discussed at the ASEAN foreign ministers meeting in Laos from July 23 to 26.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations, or ASEAN, was established on 8 August 1967 in Bangkok, Thailand, with the signing of the ASEAN Declaration (Bangkok Declaration) by the Founding Fathers of ASEAN, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
